BREAD! bread! BREAD!
So, I had just been diagnosed with Celiacs disease 
and was totally bummed that I could no longer eat breads and stuff. One day, at my local market, I spotted the naturals section. I stumbled upon Udi’s Gluten Free white bread! I was excited but skeptical because of previously tasted gluten-free foods. Once I got home, I quickly made a sandwich to discover how amazing and normal the bread was! I now buy it weekly!
