Udi's great bread
I was diagnosed with lymphocytic duodenitis; it is very similar to Celiac Disease. I was in a Whole Foods Market store and an employee suggested I try Udi’s bread.
I bought one loaf with the hopes that it was a lot better than the brown rice loaf that I tried and threw out. I went home and opened the package and took out two slices and just their feel made me excited. I made me a sandwich and the first bite brought back lots of memories of great sandwiches before this. I missed having great bread, biting into this was pure heaven.
