My favorite sandwich on Udi's bread is a BLT but with a couple of slices of avocado. Finally, manufactures are seeing the need for products that are celiac/DH friendly. Made a wonderful Carrot Cake the other day currants, pineapple, finely shredded carrots, along with a thin buttercreme frosting, yum. Not only could I eat it but I only got two small pieces because my hubby ate the rest. Our kids say dad will eat anything and even mom's speical diet.
