Gluten Free Philly Cheese Steak Pizza (from Candace N.)
Ingredients
Extra Virgin Olive oil
1 Udi's Pizza Crust
1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
4 Slices Provolone Cheese
1 Bag Mixed Mozzarella & Provolone Shredded Cheese
1 Can Stems and Pieces Mushrooms
1 Slice Philly Gourmet Steaks For Sandwiches
1 Tablespoon Minced Red Onion
McCormick's Montreal Steak Seasoning
Directions
-First you take out your Udi's crust and I usually put it on parchment paper for easy clean-up. Then I take olive oil and cover the crust. Then add minced garlic which can be adjusted to taste, and spread it over the entire pizza crust. -Then I take the 4 slices of provolone and I cover the crust as evenly as possible. -Then I take the a slice of the Sandwich Steak and cook it as directed on the package. I add a little McCormick's Montreal Steak Seasoning to spice it up. Then I cut it up in strips and put it equally on the pizza. -Then of course the most important part of the pizza to me: you put on the mushrooms. Once again you do not have to use the whole can, but i do. -I sprinkle the onions over the pizza so that it's evenly coated. you could also add green peppers if you like but I am not a fan. -Finally you take the shredded cheese and cover the toppings to your liking, It usually takes around half the bag for me but I love cheese. -Bake the pizza at 400 degrees until it is done the way you like it, my preference is about 12 minutes. Thank you to Candace N. for this recipe.
